At Capstone we divide recruitment into two distinct categories.  The first group is for individuals with little or no experience in trading. The second group is reserved for individuals who have extensive experience in trading in the US markets.

Learners:
For the first group of individuals with little or no experience, we have a highly successful learners program where a Learner gets to understand the sometimes “overwhelming” world of stock-market right from day one. To qualify as a learner, one should be a graduate, preferably an MBA. He/she should be intelligent, accurate & quick in making decisions, have a flair for figures, attitude to succeed, and necessarily be fluent in English.

On successful completion of the learning program, a learner will transition into the role of a trader, with compensation based on his/her performance and ability to make profits quicker.

Experienced Traders:
Especially those who have traded in the US markets, are hired as Traders or Senior Traders, based on experience and profitability. Experienced traders are paid a handsome salary and incentives.
